"An Indian-run casino in Petoskey, The Odawa Casino Resort, could lower its gambling age from 21 to 19.
It's not unheard of to see gamblers under age 21 at northern Michigan casinos. Turtle Creek Casino, in Acme, and the Leelanau Sands both allow gamers as young as 18.
But players at the Little River Casino in Manistee have to be 21, as do gamblers who want to play at non-Indian casinos in the City of Detroit."
