Officials in Franklin County, New York, want a greater share of revenues from the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe.
Under its Class III gaming compact, the tribe shares revenues with two counties.
The counties then decide which communities are most impacted by the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino.
In Franklin County, lawmakers say the county itself deserves more money. But towns say they won't give up their share of the funds.
The county received a total of $1,262,506 in slot profits in 2009.
