The Dry Creek Rancheria
Band of Pomo Indians of California reported an increase in revenue at the River Rock Casino for the third quarter in a row.
Revenue was up more than 5 percent, The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat reported. “We continue to be pleased with our results, especially during the current economic environment,” CEO David Fendrick told the paper.
Despite the success, the tribe says it has no plans to expand the casino "for the foreseeable future." Earlier, Chairman Harvey Hopkins said the tribe might restart the project after the economy improves.
