Ak-Chin Indian Community breaks ground on expansion of casino

The Ak-Chin Indian Community broke ground on a $20 million casino expansion project. The tribe will add a five-story hotel with 152 rooms to the Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort. The project essentially doubles the number of rooms at the facility. The expansion is expected to be complete in July 2011. Get the Story:
