Hartig says yes. General manager Daniel Stromer says no.
While several witnesses say you bet, the video replay of the April 24 computerized bingo game in question says otherwise, according to Stromer.
It isn't the most pressing issue of our time, but fair is fair and $5,000 is $5,000, even more these days.
Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Ia., who can multitask in his sleep apparently, has asked the National Indian Gaming Commission to look into the matter.
"I can certainly understand how you must feel," he said in a letter to Hartig and her husband, Daron, who live in Defiance, Mo."
