The Confederated Tribes of the Coville Reservation in Washington opened a new casino over 100 miles from the main reservation.
The Mill Bay Casino is located on an Indian allotment.
“Some of our people remained here and because of that the land has remained in trust. Luckily, we still have this little piece of land," Chairman Mike Finley said at the April 14 grand opening, Indian Country Today reported.
The casino replaces a smaller facility at the site. It's located on Lake Chelan.
