A labor union has filed a grievance against the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal
Nation of Connecticut for cutting service to an employee bus shuttle.
UAW at Foxwoods says the tribe broke a promise by reducing bus operations. The issue is being heard by an independent arbitrator, as required by the union's contract, which was negotiated under tribal law.
The tribe said it reduced the service to save money.
