Gaming mogul Steve Wynn agreed to be the lead manager for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation gaming project in Pennsylvania.
Wynn owns resorts in Las Vegas and Macau. The long-delayed Foxwoods Casino Philadelphia would be his first development on the East Coast.
The tribe will reduce its role in the project once Wynn's involvement is approved.
