Lummi Nation installs big billboard to promote casino

The Lummi Nation of Washington is installing a large, electronic billboard to advertise the Silver Reef Hotel, Casino and Spa. The sign stands 78 feet tall and features an LED display that measures 14 feet by 48 feet. That's greater than what's allowed under state law but the billboard is located on trust land. The tribe is also accepting other advertisers for the billboard. Get the Story:
