Nearly 250 people have come down with a highly contagious stomach virus that is apparently being spread at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino and Hotel in North Carolina.
It's still safe to visit the casino, according to a state health official. But workers are cleaning every slot machine every two hours in hopes of stopping the spread of the norovirus.
The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians owns the casino.
