Kevin Seneca has been elected chairman of the Seneca Gaming Corp.
Seneca is the third person to serve in the post in less than a year. The changes started when Barry Snyder Sr., the president of the Seneca Nation, resigned as chairman last March.
The tribe has seen a decline in gaming revenues and halted a casino project amid the downturn in the economy.
