Nation in seeking to restructure debt associated with its gaming enterprise.
The tribe plans to restructure nearly $200 million in debt, The New London Day reported. The move came as the tribe announced a big drop in gaming income -- between 20 percent and 23 percent -- over the last fiscal year.
