Oneida voters reject one-time casino payout

Voters of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin rejected a one-time payment of $10,000 in gaming revenues.

The payout to about 12,000 members would have cost more than $121 million.

Last year, tribal members voted to increase per capita payments from $800 to $1,200 a year.
