A California woman who uses a wheelchair says the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. The tribe offers a free bus service to the Valley View Casino. Heather Siegel called for a ride but says she was refused. "I just want to be part of the crowd, just like everybody else," Siegel tells The North County Times. The tribe offered Siegel a ride in a bus that can accommodate her wheelchair but says she turned it down. "She insisted on riding that bus," casino executive Ric Militi tells the paper. "We explained, but she was not interested." A gambling law expert said the tribe probably doesn't have to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act. Get the Story:
