Indians wants approval for a casino in Grand Forks. But it doesn't look like the governor has changed his mind on the project, two years after it was first proposed.
Some officials in Grand Forks welcome the casino. But they are wary of pushing their views on Hoeven.
Other tribes in the state have voiced opposition to the proposal.
