Connecticut's two federally recognized tribes reported a drop in slot machine revenues for the month of April but the declines weren't as prominent as those seen over the past few months.
The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, owner of Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods, reported $57.5 million in revenues. That was a decrease of less than one percent from April 2008.
The Mohegan Tribe, owner of Mohegan Sun, reported $64.3 million in revenues. That was down 8.3 percent from April 2008 but not as bad as the 14.7 percent drop seen in March.
