A union that is organizing on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut says the tribe's smoking agreement won't address their concerns.
UAW Foxwoods called the agreement " weak, ineffectual and unenforceable." The union said the tribe hasn't addressing smoking on the gaming floor at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The tribe said it will ban smoking on more than 80 percent of total floor space at Foxwoods and more than 90 percent of the total space at MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
The union supports a bill that forces tribe by a ban on smoking in public places.
