Lawmakers in Florida have yet to reach agreement on a Class III gaming compact for the Seminole Tribe.
The House doesn't support blackjack for the tribe but the Senate does. The House also opposes an expansion on non-Indian gaming.
The deadline to reach a deal is Friday. The tribe has continued to offer slot machines and card games under a compact that was approved by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
