Laguna Pueblo in New Mexico is unveiling a $3.9 million expansion of the Dancing Eagle Casino today.
The tribe added 100 slot machines, a new restaurant, and a new stage and music lounge to the facility. It's the first major renovation since the casino opened in 2000.
“We had not put any major capital into Dancing Eagle for the last several years and it is an important part of the business, a profitable part of the business and important to the community,” Skip Sayre, director of marketing for Laguna Development Corp., told the New Mexico Business Weekly.
The tribe also operates the Route 66 Casino.
