The family of a 20-year-old woman who was killed in a vehicle accident is suing a nightclub at the casino owned by the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut.
Elizabeth Durante's family says Ultra 88 and Lucky’s Lounge at Mohegan Sun served alcohol to Daniel E. Musser when he was already intoxicated. The tribe itself is not being sued nor is the casino.
Musser faces manslaughter charges for the March 7 accident, which occurred off the reservation.
