The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana has renewed a gaming management deal.
The tribe signed a five-year extension with Exceptional Gaming to manage the Paragon Casino Resort.
The deal runs through September 2014.
The tribe has worked with Exceptional Gaming for 15 years.
