A casino owned by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has received a "Four Diamond" rating from AAA.
The Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage just underwent a major expansion. Officials said the new facility deserved the high rating.
“It shows we are committed to providing an outstanding, luxury experience for our guests. We have an amazing team and it shows,” David Fendrick, the tribe's chief operating officer, told The Palm Springs Desert Sun.
AAA will publish a full list of its ratings later this month.
