Topics of discussion include the controversial Class III gaming compact with the Seminole Tribe.
One of the keynote speakers is James F. Allen, the CEO of gaming operations for the tribe.
Other items on the agenda include off-reservation gaming. George Skibine, a top Bureau of Indian Affairs official and future acting chair of the National Indian Gaming Commission will participate in this session.
