The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma is planning to buy a second racetrack, this one in Texas.
Global Gaming Solutions, a tribal subsidiary, will pay $27 million to acquire Lone Star Park from Magna Entertainment Corp., which is in bankruptcy proceedings.
The tribe recently acquired Remington Park in Oklahoma from Magna for $80.25 million.
