Cherokee Nation breaks ground on casino hotel

The Cherokee Nation broke ground on a hotel at its casino in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma. The seven-story hotel at the Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs will feature 140 rooms and seven suites. There's also 13,000 square feet of conference room space, a fitness room and a coffee shop. The hotel is expected to open by the end of May 2010. The tribe recently completed a $125 million overhaul of the casino. West Siloam Springs is on the Arkansas border. Get the Story:
