The Dry Creek Band of Pomo Indians reported another drop in revenues at the River Rock Casino in northern California.
The casino took in $31.1 million during the quarter that ended June 30. That's 7.4 percent below the same period in 2008.
"We are clearly still seeing the effects of the industry-wide slowdown, but we continue to be encouraged by the preliminary results from our 2009 operating initiatives," said CEO John Cirrincione, The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat reported.
The tribe halted a $600 million expansion at the casino due to the recession.
