The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma plans to buy a non-Indian racetrack for $80.25 million.
Global Gaming Solutions, a tribal subsidiary, reached a deal to buy Remington Park from Magna Entertainment Corp.. The purchased has to be approved in federal bankruptcy court.
Remington Park is near Oklahoma City. The Shawnee Tribe has proposed a casino less than a mile from the facility.
