The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community of Minnesota is on a multi-year project to renovate the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel.
Work started in the fall of 2008. The tribe has added a performance showroom and new restaurants and is making changes throughout the facility.
The project is expected to wrap up in 2011.
