The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma is about to become a part of the Hard Rock family.
The tribe's casino in Catoosa will change its name to the Hard Rock Casino Tulsa. The transition will be complete on August 3.
The change is related to the tribe's overall rebranding effort. The tribe's economic development unit is now known as Cherokee Nation Enterprises.
