Two men went on trial for the theft of $1.5 million from the casino owned by the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians.
Rolando Luda Ramos, 27, is accused of organizing the theft, the largest of its kind in southern California. Eric Alan Magdaleno Aguilera, 25, was the getaway driver for the August 2007 heist at the Soboba Casino
Authorities recovered the money shortly after the incident. They said Ramos was inspired by the movie "Ocean's 11."
