Middletown Rancheria opens $42.5M casino resort

The Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians holds a grand opening for its $42.5 million casino resort this week. The gaming floor at the Twin Pine Casino and Hotel officially opened last Thanksgiving. The hotel opened in March. The 107,000-square-foot facility features 520 gaming machines, 12 card tables, a restaurant, a lounge, an event center and office. The hotel has 60 rooms.
