The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will renew its gaming compact with the state of South Dakota.
The tribe and Gov. Mike Rounds (R) will sign the 10-year agreement today. It's the first Rounds renegotiated since taking office but it does not allow the tribe to offer more than 250 slot machines or raise betting limits.
The tribe's reservation straddles the North Dakota and South Dakota border. The Grand River Casino is located in South Dakota.
