The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the United Auto Workers continue to negotiate a bargaining agreement for card dealers at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The tribe and UAW agreed to negotiate under tribal law. The deal allows either party to pursue binding arbitration after 150 days, a deadline that expires at the end of this month, The New London Day reported.
But it doesn't appear anyone will go that route. UAW at Foxwoods indicates negotiations will probably continue for another month.
