A bill to authorize Class III gaming for the Seminole Tribe advanced in the Florida Senate.
The bill authorizes slot machines and table games. The tribe would be required to share revenues with the state.
Another bill making its way through the Senate allows blackjack at non-Indian facilities. Both conflict with bills in the House that would limit the tribe to slot machines and give tax breaks to non-Indian facilities.
