"Nevada Statute 465.075 states: "It is unlawful for any person at a licensed gaming establishment to use, or possess with the intent to use, any device to assist: 1. in projecting the outcome of the game; 2. in keeping track of the cards played; 3. in analyzing the probability of the occurrence of an event relating to the game ..." That means if you have an Apple iPhone or Apple's iPod Touch MPS player near a blackjack table, you could be in deep trouble. That can be a felony, folks. Apple has a program capable of running an application that counts cards. Nevada gaming regulators have issued a warning to casinos to be on the lookout for people using the program after California gaming authorities found players using the devices in a Northern California tribal casino."
