A poll commissioned by the Seminole Tribe finds voters in Florida in favor of Class III gaming.
Based on a survey of 800 registered voters, 71 percent support the tribe's gaming compact with the state. Another 43 percent describe themselves as casino supporters.
The compact is the subject of an ongoing political battle in the state, with Republicans saying the tribe shouldn't be allowed to offer card games. Some also say the tribe should pay more to the state.
