The Poarch Band of Creek
Indians of Alabama opened the hotel at its new casino over the weekend as it announced plans to expand the facility.
The 236-room hotel was already booked to capacity for the grand opening, a gaming executive said. It's part of the $240 million Wind Creek
Casino and Hotel that opened in January.
The 50,000 square-foot Class II facility will grow in the coming months with a spa and a cooking studio.
