The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut is suing a California man over a bounced $10 million check.
The tribe says Ausaf Umar Siddiqui promised to cover his gambling losses at Mohegan Sun. But when the check was deposited, it was returned for "insufficient funds," according to a lawsuit in state court.
Siddiqui is reportedly a huge gambler. He currently faces wire fraud and money laundering charges in federal court.
