Supreme Court won't hear gaming contract case

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a petition in Harrah's Operating Company v. NGV Gaming.

The case involved a dispute between Harrah's Entertainment and NGV Gaming. The two companies are litigating over contracts they signed with the Guidiville Band of Pomo Indians of California.

Both deals fell apart but NGV won a court ruling that allowed the case to proceed. Harrah's wanted the high court to block the lawsuit.
