The Seneca Nation says it will be “business as usual” at the tribe's off-reservation casino in Buffalo, New York. The tribe is disappointed that a federal judge considers the Buffalo Creek Casino to be illegal. But the National Indian Gaming Commission hasn't taken any steps to close the facility, which is operating in a temporary space while a permanent home is being constructed.
