No vote on Graton Rancheria casino for now

Supervisors in Sonoma County, California, missed a deadline to put an advisory vote on the Graton Rancheria casino on the November ballot.

But the county could put the issue on another ballot if an anti-gaming bill passes the state Legislature. The bill requires local approval of a casinos.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has agreed to acquire land for the tribe's casino.
