Three California tribes share $64.9M with state

Three California tribes whose Class III gaming compacts were approved by state voters in February have contributed $64.9 million to the state.
The
Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians
has given the largest amount so far. The tribe shared $30.8 million, an amount that covered February through the end of June.
The
Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indian
shared $13.5 million. The
Morongo Band of Mission Indians
shared $20.6 million.
Two other tribes, the
Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Indians
and the
San Manuel Band of Mission Indians
, signed similar compacts. The amounts they have shared has not been reported.
