Lawmaker wary of deal with Graton Rancheria

A Democratic lawmaker in California says a deal with the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, contains "loopholes" that could allow the tribe to pursue more than one casino.

Sonoma County and Marin County are weighing agreements to limit the tribe to one casino in Rohnert Park. The Bureau of Indian Affairshas agreed to place the land in trust.

But Assemblyman Jared Huffman says the tribe could change its mind in the future. The tribe was previously criticized for saying it wouldn't pursue gaming.
