The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Oregon broke ground on a $40 million hotel at the Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort.
The hotel doubles the number of rooms at the facility to over 300. There's also more restaurant space and meeting rooms.
The tribe plans to hire 100 new employees as part of the expansion.
