New Mexico tribes shared $59.7M with state

New Mexico tribes shared $59.7 million in gaming revenues with the state last year, according to the New Mexico Gaming Control Board..

The 13 tribes with casinos share a percentage of their slot machine revenues based on net win. The range is from 3 percent to 9.75 percent.

According to the board, the combined net win on slot machines at tribal casinos was $700 million, a 7.5 percent increase over 2006.
