New Mexico tribe scales back plans for casino

Nambe Pueblo of New Mexico has scaled back plans for its first casino after losing Full House Resorts as a managing partner.

The tribe envisioned a large casino with a "Star Trek" theme. But competition from nearby Pojoaque Pueblo preceded Full House's withdrawal from the project.

The tribe is now moving forward with a much smaller casino with 200 slot machines. The facility will be part of a travel plaza along a major highway north of Santa Fe.
