Celebrity chef Bobby Plan will open two eateries next summer at the casino owned by the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut.
Bobby's Burger Palace will be located in the Casino of the Earth portion of Mohegan Sun. Bar Americain will open in the Casino of the Sky.
”They'll bring a lot of energy to the property,” casino executive Jeffrey Hartmann said, The New London Day reported.
Tom Colicchio, another celebrity chef. opened a Craftsteak at MGM Grand at Foxwoods, owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
