Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in California were honored for solving the theft of $1.58 million from the casino owned by the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians.
The August 7, 2007, robbery at the Soboba Casino was the largest in Riverside County history. But deputies cracked the case in less than 36 hours.
Three people, including a security technician at the casino, were charged in connection with the crime.
