The Stillaguamish Tribe of Washington is getting ready to open a $44 million expansion of the Angel of the Winds Casino.
The expansion is scheduled to debut December 28. More than 84,000 square-feet are being added to the casino, tripling the size of the original facility.
The new space allows the tribe to double the number of slot machines at the casino. A total of 1,000 will be offered.
