The chairman of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut urged patrons to "rock on" despite economic woes that have halted an expansion at the Mohegan Sun casino.
The reason for the upbeat attitude was the opening of a Margaritaville restaurant at the casino. "You can never have a bad time at Jimmy Buffett's," Chairman Bruce “Two Dogs” Bozsum said, The New London Day reported.
The restaurant is Buffett's eighth and the only one in New England. "This really is a positive thing for us," casino executive Mitchell Etess said.
